Dear Customer, 

Rollingtrans is transitioning the internet carrier for our devices from a German provider to a U.S.-based provider. Because of this change, you must be upgraded to the new RTPS12 model.

By replacing your old device with the RTPS12, your fleet will remain fully compliant with FMCSA regulations and continue operating without interruption.

Free Mandatory ELD Replacement

• Who: Every Rollingtrans Customers
• For LA Area Customers: Please bring your old device and visit our office at
  3629 Santa Anita Ave, Ste 206, El Monte, CA 91731
• For Out-of-State Customers:
  Text the following information to 917-983-9158 to request shipment
  • DOT Number
  • Company Name
  • Shipping Address
    We will ship the new device directly to you.
• Price: Totally Free Replacement
• Future Plan:
  New AI ELD will be available March 2026, offering improved adaptability and easier inspections. Free upgrade optional at that time. 
• Current Actions:
  Replace RTEL47 within FMCSA’s 60-day grace period (by February 7, 2026). Use paper logs until replacement is complete.
